Bids are hereby invited for the DESIGN AND REVEMP THREE (3NO.) WORKSHOP STORES

Scope of work is (But not limited to) the following:

  • 4no. Individual secure locker / shelving units for tool storage between shifts 

  • 3 tier steel shelving

  • Heavy-duty hooks along the back wall for rigging equipment

  • Containers shall be re-sprayed internally in light grey

  • 2no. Large steel workbench with 6" vice per workbench

    General Requirements:

     

  1. Supplier information, like brochures and data sheets detailing the compliance to the equipment requirement must be part of the submission

  2. Equipment details must be specified in the submission including the, make, model number and local supplier details

  3. Proof from equipment supplier of authorized equipment installer status must be part of the submission

  4. Detailed design that includes the material, sizes and dimensions.

  5. All the equipment and general has to be complied with, non-compliance to any one of these requirement will lead to disqualification

NB: Bidders whom do not meet the above requirements will not be considered

 

Quotation Requirements:

 

Work offered that DO NOT comply with the specifications will not be evaluated. The successful bidder must register on the ERWAT vendors list. Forms to be downloaded from the ERWAT website. Quotation evaluation shall be performed on 80:20 principle (pricing and functionality 80% and BBBEE 20%)

GENERAL NOTES

Completed tenders / quotations must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked with contract number and description and to be hand delivered, in the TENDER BOX at the FOYER at ERWAT Head Office, Bapsfontein road, Kempton Park.  No e-mail or faxed bids/proposals shall be accepted.  Bids/Proposals that are not received on the specific time and date will be marked as late bids/proposals and such bids/proposals will, in terms of the Supply Chain Management Policy of ERWAT, not be considered by ERWAT as valid bids/proposals.

Complete quotation with supporting documents must be sealed and externally endorsed with CONTRACT NUMBER and marked DESCRIPTION and placed in the Bid Box identified “Wednesday” at ERWAT Head Office, Bapsfontein Road, Kempton Park, not later than 12H00 on 20 December  2017
