·         Declaration of Interest (Download form ERWAT website/Procurement/Service Provider Registration)

·         Proof of registration with the central database

·         Proof of work of similar nature

·         Qualification, blower work experience and name of the person in charge of the project.

·         Qualification, blower work experience and name of the person doing mechanical job.

·         Qualification, blower work experience and name of the person doing balancing and laser alignment.

·         Relationship of all the person involved in the project to the service provider.

·         Commitment proof between laser alignment technician and the service provider.

·         A minimum CIDB grading of 1ME

·         Personal protective clothing will be worn at all times when on site during working time. (overalls, steel toe leather boots, soft leather gloves and earmuffs).

·         NB: Bring along your steel toe safety leather boots and earmuffs for the briefing session. WITHOUT THEM NO ATTENDANCE.

Quotation evaluation shall be performed on Functionality Criteria (Minimum Functionality scoring 80%) and 80:20 principle (pricing and functionality 80% and BBBEE 20%)

NB: Bidders will not be allowed on any of the ERWAT sites without a work permit and the correct PPE gear.

GENERAL NOTES:

All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the relevant bid number and description that must be deposited in the relevant tender box on the said closing date on or before 12:00 pm

No late bids will be accepted or considered.

Bidders are required to ensure that their bid is deposited in the correct bid box that is marked Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. 

The closing date will be the indication for which tender box day is relevant.
