Scope of work is (But not limited to) the following:

The installation of water meters at Hartebeestfontein office park that will measure the water consumption at the following locations:

 

·       Main supply from EMM

·       Two Houses

·       Head office block A and block B

·       Laboratory

·       Main reception

General

·       All meters must be above ground level.

·       Meters for the houses and main reception shall be connected together with a shut-off valve.

·       Meters for the main supply, head office block A &block B, and the laboratory shall be connected together with non return valve and pressure regulator.

·       Each tender must be accompanied by a set of detailed manufactures specification consisting of a detailed description of the equipment offered. All tender specifications must be in the same sequence as the advertised specification for ease of comparison. These specifications must include size, type and model. Non-compliance will lead to disqualification.

 

Quotation Requirements:

 

Work offered that DO NOT comply with the specifications will not be evaluated. The successful bidder must register on the ERWAT vendors list. Forms to be downloaded from the ERWAT website. Quotation evaluation shall be performed on 80:20 principle (pricing and functionality 80% and BBBEE 20%)
