Quotation requirements:

 

The supplier must submit at least 3 references of laboratories that they supply these probes to.

 

The successful bidder must register on the ERWAT vendors list and forms to be downloaded from the ERWAT website.

 

Evaluation Criteria followed to evaluate quotations –

 

·         The instrument is an ORION Conductivity meter so the probes quoted on must be compatible with the ORION 3 star conductivity meter.

·         If the probes fail to work, they will be returned, and the cost will be on the supplier.

·         All specifications listed in the table above must comply with if your probe do not comply with any of these specification your bid will not be considered. Proof must be submitted that you can achieve these specifications.

Work offered that DO NOT comply with the specifications will not be evaluated. The successful bidder must register on National Treasury’s Centralised Supplier Database.
